Production steps
Steps:
1. Kraft Paper is immerged into the phenolic resin.
2. Dry out the kraft paper with phenolic resin.
3. Cut the dry kraft paper to the sizes we need.
4. Place the decorative papers on the top and bottom of the kraft papers.
5. Press the kraft papers and decorative papers with high pressure and temperature.
6. Cut the edges of the HPL Panel.
7. Clean and pack the HPL Panel.
Packing&Delivery
The panel are packed by foam plastic bag inner and wooden pallet with belt outside to protect the item from damage transportation.
