1.General Introduction:
High temperature resistant powder coating is a special breed. It is made of special resin and high temperature resistant materials. The product has good Heat resistance, corrosion resistance and color stability. It is usually used for grill, smoke exhaust duct and heat exchanger.
2.Product series:
We can provide products for heat resistant including 230°C/6hours, 250°C/3hours, 300°C/2hours and so on. Customers can choose according to different requirements.
3.Powder physical properties:
Proportion(25°C.g/cm3) :1.4-1.6
Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 microns
4.Curing conditions:
230°C(temperature of the workpiece):15mins
5.Average coverage:
8-12m³/kg, the membrane is 60μm(calculate by 100% utilization rate of powder coating).
6.Packing:
Carton packaging, lined with double polyethylene bag, net weight 20 kg.
7.Storage requirements:
Store below 30 °C, ventilated, dry, clean room, not near the fire, heat, direct sunlight, open dumps is prohibited.Under this condition, the powder can be stable for 12 months, more than the storage period may be re-examined, such as the results meet the requirements, can still be used.
8.Health and safety:
This product is non-toxic. In the course of inhalation of dust should be avoided. The operators should wear appropriate dust mask and glasses.
